ACO2
TOWNHOUSE
in Helios Heights Village opposite the tennis academy and practice
holes. Set at the top end of the village in a small and exclusive
complex of 10 townhouses around its own freeform swimming pool,
suitable for children with lifesaving equipment and safety notices.
Includes -
- Dedicated parking space - small
gardens, front, side and rear, leading directly to the
pool.
- 3 floor town house - sleeps 4/5
- Basement - utility area with washing machine,
ironing, drying area,
separate shower and loo plus a Z bed for an extra guest or child.

Ground floor - Kitchen/dining room with full range of units, marble
work tops, cooker, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave etc, fully
equipped with crockery, cutlery, cookware etc. and dining area seating
6. Patio doors lead to the pool terrace with dining table and chairs
and side garden.
- Lounge - TV and DVD player, radio and cassette
player, sofa and
armchairs, coffee tables etc. Patio doors lead to the back terrace;

is a ground floor apartment, with side terrace and back garden, set at a
lower level in Helios Heights Village, opposite the driving range -
back garden leads to a flight of steps to the lowest level pool
complete with children's paddling pool. A quiet and secluded area with
privacy. Includes
- Entrance area - suitable for
golf clubs etc leading to spacious main room comprising Dining area,
with table and chairs for 6
- Lounge area - with 2 large sofas, coffee tables, TV
and DVD player, and
4 patio doors leading to side terrace and back garden, complete with
table and chairs for 6.
- Kitchen - off the main living area, equipped as per
townhonse. Bedrooms
off main living area as follows
- Master bedroom - with 5ft double, cupboard range,
patio doors
to side terrace with ensuite bathroom off with bath, shower enclosure
and hand basin.
- Bedroom 2 - with 5ft double, cupboards and patio
doors.

LINENS AND LAUNDRY

Both properties are fully equipped with linens including bath and hand
towel per person which are changed after three days. We do not provide
swimming towels -clients are asked to bring their own and not use house
towels for swimming. All bedlinens are changed at the end of each week
if you are staying more than one week.
CLEANING
-
The properties are fully cleaned and serviced before your arrival
including consumables like toilet rolls and soap, which are provided.
Full cleaning service at the end of each week if you are staying more
than one week.
WELCOME
PACK -
A welcome pack is included in the price - this includes basics such as
tea, coffee, milk, bread,butter, marmalade, fruit juice, biscuits,
fruit etc.
ARRIVALS
-
Sometimes there will be someone to meet and greet yon but more normally
you can find the key to the property in the key safe near the front
door. The combination will be given to you on confirmation of your
booking. We will also alert security at the front gate of your arrival.

PRICES -
For the 2013 season till end February 2014 per week per
property including all services, welcome pack, utilities etc. We carry
substantial insurance for properties, contents and third party
liability but assume that clients will also have their own travel
insurance cover. All prices quoted in Euros.

BOOK by email or post - we will send you a confirmation
PAYMENTS
/ TERMS-
A
DEPOSIT is payable of 30% of the total price
immediately you receive confirmation of your booking - payable by BACS.
The
BALANCE is payable by the
same method and must be received two weeks before the commencement of
your booking.
Full terms and conditions are sent with booking confirmation. Also we
will send you details of golf reservation numbers and how to contact a
reliable car hire company who will arrange a car to be available on
your arrival at Pafos Airport, so that you can be at Helios Heights in
30 minutes - car hire is essential unless you intend to remain on site
for all your holiday.
If
PAYMENT IN FULL is made at
the time of confirmation, an additional discount of 5% of the total
price is available. An additional discount is also available by
negotiation if you book both properties.
A
DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF €100 per week booked
is required - this will be returned to you by BACS or cheque
immediately after your holiday in the event that no damage is reported.
CANCELLATION-
A
CANCELLATION, which must be in writing or by
email, up to 4 weeks before the start of your booked period, will be
charged at loss of deposit at 30% only. A cancellation at 4 weeks or
less will be charged at 60% unless a further booking is negotiated with
us.
